Responsibilities

Design and build backend systems that support scaling AI solutions for over 167,000 customers.
Develop reliable and scalable data collection and processing pipelines for machine learning models.
Create robust services to serve AI models in production environments.
Contribute to evolving the architecture of AI agents for improved performance.
Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and customer-centric product thinking.

5–7 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on backend systems.
Hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI applications in production.
Strong track record in building scalable, distributed systems for AI capabilities.
Proficient in Python and modern backend frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
Experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark and Hadoop.
Deep knowledge of asynchronous processing and distributed task queues.
Strong understanding of database technologies and ORMs.
Comfortable with cloud-native architectures and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Skilled at designing and building robust APIs.
Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
