Responsibilities
- Support concurrent product launches across strategic planning, development and execution, early innovation, early adoption, and growth.
- Engage with customers on early innovator projects, capture feedback, and communicate it to Product Management and Engineering.
- Own solution design, including process flows, user stories, test scripts, and overall program data flows.
- Lead consultants and stakeholders through complex programs to ensure solutions meet customer business needs.
- Coordinate with Professional Services, partners, product, deployment, training, and enablement teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Own early-innovator outcomes and customer expectations during pre-launch, drive proof-of-value deliveries, and deliver explainable, supportable, and scalable product capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an industry-related field.
- 7–10 years of related experience in the supply chain management software industry.
- At least five years of experience in high-tech supply chain or a related field.
- Subject-matter expertise in supply chain concepts, best practices, solutions, and applications such as Maestro, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.
- Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and system deployment for supply chain software implementations.
- Ability to lead and coach seasoned professionals and multiple stakeholders through complex projects, including influencing without direct authority.
- Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and product program management from concept through commercialization.
- Ability to align key KPIs, report progress against milestones, facilitate diverse audiences, manage ambiguity, and build collaborative stakeholder relationships.
- Experience supporting rapid innovation and delivering new products to early adopters through pre-launch and launch phases.
