Base Salary
$72k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build GenAI and agentic AI components such as RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents, agent memory, and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and feature-preparation pipelines using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Implement computer vision solutions including object detection, tracking, dataset preparation, and annotation workflows.
- Apply statistical and unsupervised techniques to analytics, segmentation, and causal-impact use cases.
- Build cloud-based workflow automations and integrations.
- Write tested, documented production code and participate in code reviews.
- Monitor model and agent performance and troubleshoot data drift, retrieval quality, latency, and production failures.
- Evaluate model and agent quality using metrics, test sets, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and senior engineers to translate requirements into technical tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning or AI applications.
- At least 2 years of Python experience, including production-quality code and APIs such as FastAPI or Flask.
- At least 2 years of SQL experience and experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- At least 2 years of experience with model training, validation, evaluation metrics, and feature engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience building or contributing to GenAI solutions involving RAG and LLM integration.
- At least 1 year of experience with a vector database or comparable search and retrieval technology.
- At least 1 year of experience with a cloud platform, with GCP or Azure preferred and AWS accepted.
- At least 1 year of experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Preferred experience includes LangGraph, LangChain, GraphRAG, HydraDB, workflow automation, NLP, PySpark, BigQuery, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, Cloud Run, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo, Java, C++, R, responsible AI, and AI-assisted development tools.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a high school diploma plus four years of relevant work experience is also accepted, and a master's degree is preferred.
