Requirements

- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-team projects.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows and coding agents.
- Strong commercial sense to balance technical decisions with business outcomes.
- Skilled in solving ambiguous, large-scale technical problems.
- A mentor with experience in growing technical skills of senior engineers.
