Base Salary
$79k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop efficient automated and manual test cases and scenarios for web, Windows, and database applications.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks and solutions using industry-standard automation and test management tools.
- Develop API automation and performance-testing scripts using JavaScript, JMeter, or similar tools.
- Execute QA processes across all phases of the SDLC and track QA metrics.
- Maintain QA test and automation environments.
- Collaborate with QA Leads and architecture, engineering, operations, and other functional teams to drive QA automation outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software test engineering and automation experience with expertise in multiple testing methodologies.
- At least 5 years of experience working with technical architecture, engineering, and operations teams and driving outcomes through QA automation.
- At least 5 years of experience executing all SDLC phases, QA processes, and metrics.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing and maintaining automation frameworks and solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience with web and client/server applications and MS SQL Server or a similar relational database.
- Experience with Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, qTest, ReadyAPI, QTP/UFT, Selenium, and JMeter or similar tools.
- Expertise in API automation development, advanced SQL querying and optimization, Git, and Azure or similar CI/CD environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED plus relevant experience.
- ISTQB, Scrum, or SQL certification is preferred.
