Responsibilities
- Define, design, and govern enterprise-grade integration architectures across hybrid-cloud environments.
- Design end-to-end integrations connecting SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, warehouse management systems, retail POS systems, suppliers, retailers, and logistics partners.
- Lead integration architecture and platform governance across SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Solace PubSub+, and OpenText.
- Establish reusable API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, integration patterns, templates, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code for integration deployments.
- Consult with business partners, functional leads, security, privacy, compliance teams, and external partners on technical designs and architectural proposals.
- Apply OAuth, OIDC, SAML, encryption, GDPR, and CCPA requirements to integration solutions.
- Mentor junior integration architects and developers and conduct design reviews.
- Track emerging cloud, iPaaS, B2B integration, and event-driven architecture trends to guide the technology roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a global consumer packaged goods, retail, or manufacturing enterprise or in architectural consulting for those clients.
- Knowledge of CPG business processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, inventory visibility, and product serialization.
- Solid MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience, including API-led connectivity, API policies, and CloudHub.
- Expertise with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure API Management.
- Hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite experience integrating S/4HANA or ECC with external cloud platforms and cloud line-of-business systems such as Ariba and SuccessFactors.
- Experience with Solace PubSub+ event mesh networks, real-time message routing, and publish/subscribe patterns.
- Experience with OpenText B2B and EDI integration, automated document processing, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, AS2, and SFTP.
- Expertise with REST, SOAP, gRPC, JSON, XML, and flat-file integration patterns.
- Professional certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, SAP Certified Integration Associate, Solace Certified Engineer, Certified Data Management Professional, IBM Certified Solution Developer, Informatica Certified Administrator, or TOGAF are desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient English language ability.
