Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software work that advances business, stakeholder, and customer goals.
- Contribute significantly to the full software development lifecycle.
- Respond urgently to operational issues and own resolution within scope.
- Improve team processes, code, and work items.
- Participate actively in code reviews and provide meaningful feedback.
- Build cross-team relationships and coordinate requirements with other groups.
- Identify technical blind spots and clarify ambiguity in ideas.
- Recommend improvements and propose scope adjustments when necessary.
Requirements
- Hands-on full-stack experience with C#, SQL, Web Forms or AngularJS, EagleID, and AWS basics.
- Backend/API experience with Web API 2, .NET Core, EF6 or ADO.NET, stored procedures, SQS, Lambda, SOAP, and REST.
- Frontend experience with AngularJS 1.x, jQuery, and MVC Razor; Web Forms and Telerik are beneficial.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform, EC2, IIS, StackHawk, or Veracode is relevant to the DevOps environment.
- Experience with Playwright, SQL validation, DAST, and multi-environment regression testing is relevant to the QA/SDET environment.
- Architectural experience involving modernization and cross-system integration is beneficial.
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, prompt engineering, agentic software development, and AI-assisted testing, debugging, or code reviews is relevant to the AI engineering environment.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, take initiative during crises, seek feedback, and collaborate across teams.
