Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and customize Oracle Agile PLM, including Product Collaboration, PQM, and PG&C, while supporting the roadmap to Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM.
- Develop, test, release, and document product and process changes in collaboration with users.
- Design, build, and maintain EDI and API integrations between Oracle systems and Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, external trading partners, and other enterprise systems.
- Build data-transformation, ETL, FBDI, EDI, file-based, and event-driven data-exchange flows.
- Create agentic AI automations and AI-assisted tooling using MCP and LLM orchestration for PLM and integration workflows.
- Develop custom PLM applications, utilities, and REST APIs using React, Java/Spring Boot, and Python.
- Monitor application and integration performance and manage database upgrades, patches, server maintenance, and unit and integration testing.
- Follow release, change, governance, data-accuracy, and compliance processes.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience in enterprise PLM and systems integration, owning production solutions and customizations at a senior level.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.x, including Product Collaboration, Product Portfolio, and Governance & Compliance.
- Strong Oracle Agile PLM configuration experience with Criteria, Roles, User Groups, Privileges, and Administration.
- Strong Java skills and experience with Agile PLM SDK, PX development, Web Services, ACS, ACP, Events, and REST APIs.
- Experience designing Oracle-to-external EDI and API integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP, JSON, file-based, and event-driven architectures.
- Full-stack experience with React, Java/Spring Boot, Python, and RESTful services.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce integration capabilities.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, database upgrades and patching, server maintenance, and application performance monitoring.
- Understanding of release and change processes, with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Preferred experience includes agentic AI and LLM tooling, Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, Agile-to-Fusion migration, Oracle Fusion Product Data Hub, ETL and FBDI, OTBI reporting, Snowflake or AWS data pipelines, CI/CD and DevOps practices, relevant AI certifications, ITIL Release and Change Management certification, and SonicWall PLM experience.
