Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using C# and .NET frameworks.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile development ceremonies.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand and refine Business Requirements Documents.
Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
Contribute to software design specifications and architectural blueprints.
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following software development best practices.
Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to support product quality and reliability.
Communicate technical concepts clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.
Mentor junior team members and support their growth and development.
Create technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user guides.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of software development experience with C# and .NET.
Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to interpret and contribute to Business Requirements Documents.
Proficiency in debugging techniques and tools.
Experience with software design principles and patterns.
Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
Experience with software testing approaches and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Prior mentoring experience or a strong desire to mentor others.
Aptitude for clear and effective technical writing.
