Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions within the Blue Yonder ESP framework.
- Configure and implement supply, production, capacity, inventory, and distribution planning models.
- Design and execute unit, integration, UAT, and regression test plans.
- Diagnose system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate resolutions to users.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for custom development.
- Lead testing, deployment, business sign-offs, and production releases.
- Integrate Blue Yonder planning solutions with SAP ERP systems.
- Mentor junior consultants and delivery team members.
- Prepare solution documentation, training materials, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Monitor post-go-live solution performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in supply chain or planning solutions, preferably with Blue Yonder ESP.
- Strong expertise in supply, production, capacity, inventory, and distribution planning processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Blue Yonder ESP modules.
- Proven experience delivering global supply chain transformation programs.
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder solutions with SAP ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to design and execute testing across multiple phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Immediate or earliest availability is preferred.
