Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, database, mobile, and performance testing.
- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance test cases.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and build reusable regression suites.
- Test native, hybrid, and web applications across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Analyze requirements, test results, defects, datasets, software changes, and cross-functional impacts for accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and validate test cases, test data, traceability matrices, metrics, and testing documentation.
- Collaborate with development, product, business, and IT stakeholders on requirements, defects, schedules, estimates, go/no-go decisions, and delivery status.
- Assist developers with defect reproduction and validate defect fixes.
- Coach and train associate test analysts, test analysts, and other SDETs on QA tools and practices.
- Identify and implement testing process efficiencies and operational improvements while tracking automation benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or any specialization.
- 5–7 years of comparable work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Selenium WebDriver, Postman/Newman, JMeter, Appium, and automated scripting using Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, performance, API, mobile, security, database, and CI/CD testing.
- Experience testing healthcare EMR systems such as Meditech, Cerner, Epic, or Expanse.
- Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Cucumber, SpecFlow, MS Unit, TestNG, NUnit, Selenium Grid, Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jira, and ALM.
- Experience training other testers and coaching teams on QA tools and toolsets.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, on-premise and public-cloud networking, IT infrastructure, software development life cycle practices, and performance-testing processes.
- Strong analytical, technical writing, documentation, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
