Base Salary
$108k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide demonstrations of GenAI and agentic capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead the transition of developed capabilities into enablement and operations teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and guide solution design and implementation.
- Coordinate execution across engineering, external vendors, Program Management, Digital Technology, and other organizations.
- Train and mentor teams adopting agentic workflows, GenAI tools, and modern development practices.
- Integrate new capabilities across engineering disciplines and maintain system coherence.
Requirements
- STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience presenting technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience transitioning technical solutions into operations, enablement, or production environments.
- Experience with GenAI technologies, agentic systems, or AI-driven architectures.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Preferred: software engineering and solution implementation experience.
- Preferred: cross-functional coordination, mentoring, training, vendor management, and enterprise integration experience.
- Preferred: Model Based Systems Engineering, operational transitions, sustainment planning, documentation, organizational change, and GenAI roadmap experience.
