Responsibilities
- Develop robust, high-performance enterprise software.
- Conduct peer code reviews and provide development effort estimates.
- Manage technical tasks and deliverables within project plans while coordinating with project managers and other technical leads.
- Ensure adherence to application engineering methodologies, coding standards, architectural principles, usability standards, and product-specific guidelines.
- Research alternative technical solutions and recommend efficient, cost-effective approaches.
- Translate design and solution architecture deliverables into detailed design and build deliverables.
- Monitor project activities, identify risks and missed deliverables, and communicate remediation plans to project leadership.
- Provide technical information, onboarding input, production-transition guidance, and support resources to project teams.
- Supervise and support virtual teams to ensure quality, budget, timeline, and process requirements are met.
Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with .NET technologies including C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Windows Service.
- Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, views, functions, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSAS.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, NodeJS, AngularJS, and HTTP REST calls.
- Experience with Azure technologies, cloud infrastructure, Azure Services, cloud computing, and OpenAI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical project-risk management skills.
- Experience in application design and implementation.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and managing or motivating virtual teams.
- Ability to translate technical context for non-technical project team members and apply application engineering methodologies to project requirements.
- Reporting experience with Power BI, Power Query, and PowerAutomate is beneficial.
