Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help guide a team of engineers in setting and maintaining priorities.
- Provide technical guidance across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Help manage short- to mid-term infrastructure projects.
- Develop and contribute to large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience in software development.
- Three years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Three years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Two years of experience in people management or team leadership.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: three years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience with prioritization.
