Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the software stack to ensure high availability.
- Analyze system logs and telemetry to reproduce issues and develop long-term fixes.
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical support cases, providing expert guidance during critical phases.
- Translate complex technical resolutions into accessible documentation for future incident response.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or related technical experience.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing technical support or SRE.
- Deep technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting container orchestration platforms.
- Proven ability to triage and resolve sophisticated software stack issues.
- Strong fluency in English with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Readiness to participate in shift rotations and on-call schedules.
