Base Salary
$240k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply AI agents across the staffing pipeline and establish engineering standards for AI-assisted development.
- Architect and lead core systems including real-time matching and ML- and agent-powered autonomous vetting pipelines.
- Own the platform architecture and anticipate the company’s technical needs over the next one to two years.
- Build and operate backend systems with strong performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Partner with the CTO and lead high-velocity projects in an early-stage environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL, and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Deep full-stack experience building performant, scalable applications with APIs, data modeling, query optimization, and distributed systems.
- Track record of shipping and leading projects at scale with high velocity.
- Experience building or integrating AI/LLM systems in production is preferred.
- Ability to own ambiguity, exercise sound early-stage judgment, and provide technical direction.
