Base Salary
$233k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and development across multiple products, applications, and technologies.
- Design, govern, and oversee scalable architectural solutions for cross-domain business problems.
- Drive adoption and reuse of preferred enterprise resources, processes, and technologies.
- Lead the safe adoption and governance of enterprise-authorized AI and agentic workflows with human validation, auditability, and control boundaries.
- Translate complex technical issues and architectural trends for leadership and support strategic decisions.
- Act as a liaison between Infrastructure Platform and Line of Business teams.
- Develop reusable software frameworks and promote technical methods that improve delivery velocity and quality.
- Establish and lead an architecture governance body.
- Communicate with leadership, management, and teams across the company.
Requirements
- 10+ years of applied experience, including at least five years in a Senior, Lead, or Principal Architect role directing large and complex architecture initiatives.
- Formal training and multiple professional-level certifications in AWS and Google Cloud, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and GCP Professional Cloud Architect.
- Practical experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages, applications, and architecture disciplines.
- Experience safely adopting and governing enterprise-authorized AI capabilities and agentic architectural workflows.
- Experience influencing multiple functions and teams and solving complex architecture problems across technical disciplines.
- Extensive practical cloud-native experience.
- Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies and recommend solutions for future-state architecture.
- Preferred: banking or financial services experience; governance, risk, regulatory, and compliance experience; knowledge across business, application/solution, technical/infrastructure, and information/data architecture; hybrid multi-cloud expertise; AWS Well-Architected Framework fluency; and leadership ability.
