Responsibilities
- Develop and implement modern electronic systems for automotive applications with a focus on AURIX.
- Serve as the first-level technical contact for key automotive customers in the GC Region and second-level contact for distributor customers.
- Work with FAE/AE teams, account managers, and headquarters product experts to optimize customer application solutions.
- Support customers with software architecture, including AUTOSAR/MCAL, and functional safety using SafeTLIB.
- Support customer product evaluations and prepare and deliver customer presentations, product/application training, and distributor FAE training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, automation, vehicle engineering, or a related automotive field.
- Experience with embedded software applications and AURIX is preferred.
- Experience with AUTOSAR/MCAL and functional safety is required.
- Strong customer-support experience involving problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- High self-discipline, initiative, and proactive working style.
- Willingness to travel.
