Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, programming, development, testing, debugging, and deployment of new or enhanced enterprise application systems.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and support new product deployments and process improvements.
- Evaluate business processes, workflows, industry standards, risks, and complex high-impact issues to develop innovative solutions.
- Ensure application designs align with enterprise architecture and establish standards for coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Develop integrated, scalable, available, consistent, secure, and high-performance applications, APIs, and web services.
- Mentor and advise mid-level developers and analysts and distribute tasks as needed.
- Support compliance, ethical conduct, control issue management, and protection of the company's reputation and client assets.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in large-scale enterprise application development using modern Java technologies.
- Strong experience with Core Java, Java EE/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Microservices.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, collections, and multithreading.
- Experience designing and developing integrated distributed solutions with scalability, availability, consistency, and other non-functional requirements.
- Proficiency in REST API and web services development, Swagger/OpenAPI, unit testing, and test coverage.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, relational databases, SQL, JPA2, Hibernate, authentication, authorization, and security protocols.
- Experience with standard and enterprise design patterns and continuous integration and continuous delivery tools.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of application development and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes Unix shell scripting, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, OpenShift Container Platform, Hazelcast, Redis, distributed multi-tier applications, highly performant and scalable systems, and knowledge of AI/ML and LLMs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
