Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
- Build backend services, APIs, and microservices for AI-enabled applications.
- Develop clean, maintainable, production-ready software focused on scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Integrate internal and third-party platforms into Epiq’s operational ecosystem.
- Use Azure DevOps for delivery, source control, CI/CD, and work management.
- Build AI-powered features and intelligent agents using Python and LLM technologies.
- Design and implement RAG solutions, MCP services, tools, and multi-agent workflows.
- Integrate enterprise applications with LLM services through APIs.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation techniques.
- Modernize operational automations using AI-enabled architectures.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core for enterprise applications.
- Experience designing APIs and microservices.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and scalable system design.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Practical experience building AI-enabled applications with Python, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI API integrations.
- Experience with AI APIs or platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
- Working knowledge of MCP, agent orchestration, tool calling, and AI workflow automation.
- Preferred experience with Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Kubernetes, containerized deployments, event-driven or distributed architectures, workflow automation, and integrating AI into enterprise software products.
