Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, customers, and peers to understand challenges and complete engineering work.
- Measure, inspect, and use data to drive decisions.
- Design, test, code, instrument, and support software solutions.
- Apply TDD, BDD, microservice architecture, and vertical slice architecture practices.
- Support live applications through proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Mentor peers, learn from others, and contribute to continuous learning and engineering process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with C#; Python experience may also apply.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for modern technologies and design, with willingness to continuously learn.
