Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, system engineers, developers, technical leads, customers, and end users to analyze requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack .NET applications for web and desktop environments.
- Develop application software and deliver technology solutions that meet software quality goals.
- Generate automated tests and participate in testing to assess system accuracy and performance.
- Support formal testing activities across components, subsystems, and enterprise systems.
- Create, utilize, and administer Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Implement data visualization solutions using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Manage data within SharePoint and Confluence.
- Build and consume API services using Denodo.
- Use Azure DevOps and RedGate SQL Toolbelt in support of DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus seven years of directly related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, 13 years of related work experience is required.
- Experience developing full-stack .NET and C# applications for web and desktop environments.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Confluence, Power BI, MS Lists, Microsoft SQL Server, and SSRS.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, including file management, scripting, editing, and security.
- Experience developing regular or ad hoc queries from large datasets and familiarity with network communication and related protocols.
- Experience with databases, cloud technologies, Agile software development practices, and Denodo API services is desired.
- Active DOE Q clearance at start or equivalent DOD Top Secret clearance, with reciprocity and the ability to obtain DOE Q and SCI clearances.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
