Base Salary
$196k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and build features for Pave's compensation platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Translate customer feedback into technical decisions.
- Break down complex problems into actionable milestones.
- Mentor other engineers and influence design decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong product intuition and ability to translate customer needs.
- Proven track record of driving complex projects to completion.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
