Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement smart contracts and on-chain programs for tokenized funds and staking systems.
- Own contract-level architecture decisions including upgrade paths and access control.
- Work end-to-end on systems from specifications to deployment and monitoring.
- Build compliance and control surfaces for regulated institutions.
- Translate product or regulatory requirements into concrete contract designs.
- Drive the security posture of shipped products through testing and audits.
- Contribute to technical research for future on-chain products.
Requirements
- 4+ years of production engineering experience with smart contracts or on-chain programs.
- Deep fluency in Solidity or Solana programs, with knowledge of the other.
- Strong instincts for smart contract security and failure modes.
- Comfort owning systems end-to-end, including off-chain dependencies.
- Ability to operate in a high-autonomy environment.
- High agency and accountability for quality in work.
