Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and drive a unified product engineering strategy prioritizing modularity and resiliency.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products and features across multiple platforms.
- Define and enforce engineering standards for performance, accessibility, and data privacy.
- Modernize systems to leverage AI tools for improved developer productivity.
- Build and maintain shared libraries and DSLs for rapid deployments.
- Provide technical stewardship in complex situations and clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Mentor and foster an ownership mindset within the engineering organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on customer-facing products.
- Strong experience in front-to-back-end development using Node/Typescript and JVM languages.
- Proficiency in building resilient APIs that support critical workflows.
- Ability to prioritize user experience across functional and non-functional aspects.
- Experience with modern development tools to deliver high-quality code efficiently.
- Background in building reusable frameworks or multi-tenant architectures.
- Experience in high-stakes industries where performance and privacy are critical.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
