Base Salary
$87k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions using generative AI and modern integration patterns.
- Build, evaluate, fine-tune, integrate, and deploy AI components within enterprise applications.
- Develop APIs and integrations for Visa payment product applications, platforms, and solutions.
- Build and deploy scalable, high-quality modern services and web applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations and Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Client Support, Test, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
- Automate software development, testing, and deployment processes while reducing technical debt.
- Apply best practices for software quality, security, performance, scalability, availability, and resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Expert-level skills in Java, Python, and/or NodeJS; C++ and C# are a plus.
- Experience building generative AI applications, conversational AI, and RAG architectures, techniques, and libraries.
- Experience implementing and fine-tuning AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of NLP, model compression, transfer learning, machine learning and deep learning fundamentals, model evaluation, and MLOps.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, and NodeJS.
- Understanding of application security, SSDLC, cryptography fundamentals, concurrency, error handling, distributed computing, and deployment practices.
- Ability to work with large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and implement data preprocessing and feature engineering.
