Base Salary
$120k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Map customer permitting processes during pre-sale and early pilots.
- Prototype solutions using real customer data and integrations.
- Transform customer-specific rules into reusable product features.
- Establish production feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Create reusable integration components for future customers.
- Advocate for the customer perspective within the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with customer-facing experience.
- Ability to manage end-to-end integrations, including APIs and data models.
- Experience with real-world data and systems, particularly CRMs and ERPs.
- Proven track record of delivering production systems efficiently.
- Desire to create reusable products from custom solutions.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced team environment is preferred.
- Background in construction or permitting is a plus.
