Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments end-to-end, from initial scoping to integration design to production rollout.
- Work directly with customer operators to understand workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build production features and integrations for AI agents in complex environments.
- Diagnose and resolve real-time issues in the field, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Travel 20–30% to customer sites to facilitate deployments and operational mapping.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on field observations.
- Develop tools and workflows to improve deployment speed and reduce friction.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production-critical systems.
- Strong command of TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API design.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven systems and tuning agent behavior.
- Exceptional communication and judgment skills in real-world scenarios.
- Based in Chicago with willingness to travel 20–30% to customer sites.
