Responsibilities
- Champion best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software.
- Design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices.
- Continue to code alongside developers and remain technically engaged.
- Utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices.

Requirements
- Experience with Backstage (Spotify) is a must.
- Proficient in Java and Typescript, with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented technology.
- Well-versed in AWS and Azure DevOps.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies.
- Knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
- Desire for continuous learning in areas like functional programming and platform engineering.
