Responsibilities
- Articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions.
- Partner with the Customer Organization to ensure account success.
- Conduct technical discovery, demos, and presentations.
- Implement and maintain technology toolkits for demonstrations.
- Advise customers on architectures and best practices.
- Assess and diagnose issues within customer environments.
- Translate technical concepts into business benefits.
- Drive customer demand within a sales territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, consulting, or Pre-Sales.
- 2+ years of Pre-Sales experience with enterprise software.
- 2+ years of software development experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
- Knowledge of scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
- Professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
