Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality native iOS solutions using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Shape mobile architecture, engineering standards, and the technical roadmap.
- Make design and architectural decisions balancing customer experience, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and technical leaders to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
- Build well-tested, observable, and maintainable software and integrate mobile applications with APIs, backend services, and cloud technology.
- Contribute across the full engineering lifecycle from design and development through production operation.
- Mentor engineers and improve team capability, quality, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Experienced iOS engineer with strong hands-on development capability and sound technical judgment.
- Deep native iOS development experience using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Strong knowledge of MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, modular design, dependency injection, object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and established software design patterns.
- Experience delivering secure and reliable mobile applications with automated testing, continuous delivery, and production observability.
- Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs and working with cloud services such as AWS.
- Ability to lead technical decisions, challenge existing approaches constructively, and build support for strategic engineering direction.
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving capability, quality, and engineering practices across teams.
- Exposure to backend development with .NET, C#, or microservices; regulated technology environments; and AI or machine learning is valuable.
- Clear communication, effective collaboration, and the ability to influence engineering decisions.
