Responsibilities
- 自動運転の認識・予測・経路計画向けに、データセットのキュレーション、モデリング、学習、評価、実装を支援するMLプラットフォームを設計・構築・保守・最適化する。
- モデリング、性能指標監視、故障モード分析を支援するツール、フレームワーク、ライブラリを開発する。
- データキュレーションおよびクラウド上のトレーニング・評価パイプラインを構築・保守する。
- MLエンジニアおよびプラットフォームエンジニアとコードを開発・レビューし、プロセス、ツール、インフラを改善する。
- MLエンジニアリング開発全体の長期戦略策定に貢献する。
- 日本橋のオフィスで週5日勤務する。
Requirements
- 機械学習、コンピュータサイエンス、ロボティクスまたは関連分野の学士号、または同等の実務経験。
- データ構造、アルゴリズム、デザインパターン、ソフトウェアエンジニアリングのベストプラクティスに関する5年以上の経験。
- UNIX系システム、Python、PyTorchまたはTensorFlowに関する2年以上の経験。
- データクレンジング、サンプリング、キュレーション、前処理、トレーニング、テスト、評価、展開、推論最適化、クラウド・エッジデプロイを含むMLOpsサイクル全体の2年以上の経験。
- DockerおよびGitHub ActionsなどのCIシステムの使用経験。
- ソフトウェア文書を作成できるビジネスレベルの英語力。
- Apache Spark、Airflow、Flyte、Flink、RayによるMLパイプライン、RustまたはC++、Bazel、GPU・並列処理、Terraform、AWS、Kubernetes、分析基盤、自動運転などの経験は歓迎される。
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力およびチーム横断での開発経験は歓迎される。
