Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end QA strategy for global e-commerce platforms across frontend, backend, integrations, checkout, payments, order flows, product data, content, customer accounts, and transactional communications.
- Define and implement an AI-driven QA roadmap covering intelligent test generation, AI-assisted regression, self-healing automation, predictive defect detection, and risk-based test prioritization.
- Establish automation-first coverage for regression, integration, end-to-end, API, cross-browser, cross-device, and localization testing.
- Drive integration testing across CMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, ERP, payment, fraud prevention, order management, tax, shipping, analytics, and customer data systems.
- Define QA standards, quality gates, release-readiness criteria, defect management practices, and reporting frameworks.
- Own the defect lifecycle from identification and prioritization through root-cause analysis, retesting, trend analysis, and production leakage tracking.
- Support UAT planning and execution based on customer impact, revenue impact, operational risk, and release criticality.
- Monitor and report QA KPIs including automation coverage, regression status, defect leakage, test stability, release readiness, flaky tests, and production incidents.
- Mentor QA engineers and improve QA processes, tooling, governance, automation engineering, AI-assisted testing, and risk-based testing practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional Quality Assurance experience, including at least 5 years in a Lead QA role.
- Proven experience leading QA for Direct-to-Consumer projects involving CRM systems, clienteling platforms, and e-commerce websites.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, best practices, and hands-on manual and automated testing.
- Experience defining and implementing AI-driven testing strategies, including intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, and predictive quality analytics.
- Expertise designing and implementing automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Experience with test management and defect lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, and TestRail.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and cross-functional product development collaboration.
- Experience ensuring end-to-end quality across web, CRM workflows, consumer journeys, and omnichannel integrations.
- Experience working on international projects and ideally in the luxury or watches industry.
- Fluency in English.
