Responsibilities
- Develop and support SailPoint IdentityIQ IAM solutions, connectors, rules, provisioning policies, custom tasks, and application integrations.
- Onboard applications including Active Directory, JDBC, and delimited file applications.
- Design and implement RBAC, business, IT, organizational, and functional roles, entitlement structures, access governance controls, and SoD policies.
- Manage application owner and targeted certifications, access reviews, audit support, reporting, workgroups, and populations.
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows, including onboarding, transfers, deactivation, dormant account management, and access removal.
- Provide L2/L3 IAM operations support, troubleshoot provisioning and integration issues, monitor systems, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage IAM source code, deployments, release activities, defects, and development tasks using Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and support.
- Experience with IAM operations, application onboarding, access certifications, RBAC implementation, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
- Technical skills in Java, MySQL, Linux, Windows, application integration, workflow configuration, rule development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, RSA Aveska, NetIQ Identity Manager, and IAM or IGA environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM environments in banking, financial services, electronics, or payment domains is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams and understanding of access governance, compliance, and security best practices.
