AI/Agentic AI Engineer for Cyber Security, Off
State StreetResponsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered cybersecurity solutions using LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and machine learning.
- Build multi-agent systems for autonomous reasoning, task orchestration, and security workflow automation.
- Develop intelligent assistants for security architects and cloud security engineers.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures using enterprise security data and knowledge repositories.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise security tooling.
- Apply prompt engineering, agent planning, memory management, and context optimization techniques.
- Implement secure-by-design principles for AI applications and agents.
- Collaborate with security architects, threat detection teams, cloud security engineers, data scientists, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 6-10 years of overall experience in software engineering, cybersecurity engineering, or cloud security.
- At least one year of experience building agentic AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity security, cloud security, threat detection, vulnerability management, security operations, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLM ecosystems.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings technologies, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, DevSecOps, data engineering, knowledge graphs, and RAG implementations.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and execution skills.
- Commitment to secure, ethical, and responsible use of AI technologies.
