Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and scale core platform domains including the Transaction Ledger, Identity & Access Management, and Payment Orchestration.
- Develop and optimize services for bank integrations, credit risk, and real-time fraud detection.
- Participate in technical analysis, technical discussions, and creation of technical documentation.
- Write clean code, implement rigorous testing strategies, execute safe rollouts, and resolve technical blockers.
- Use AI tools to improve coding, root cause analysis, and documentation workflows.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and support junior team members with secure and reliable development practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer building and maintaining scalable services.
- Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and external dependencies such as banking APIs.
- Exposure to cloud environments, with AWS experience preferred.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Strong focus on system health, data integrity, business logic, and debugging complex service issues.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Passion for FinTech and fluency in English.
