Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, business needs, and customer feedback and create personas, user journeys, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Design accessible, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing and improve experiences based on findings.
- Develop responsive front-end applications and reusable components with modern frameworks.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, business logic, authentication, authorization, and security controls.
- Integrate databases and third-party services and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
- Participate in application deployment, maintenance, code reviews, sprint planning, and other delivery activities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders and document technical designs and development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and full-stack development.
- Experience building enterprise-grade web applications.
- Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch; wireframing, prototyping, user research, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, plus responsive design and state management solutions.
- Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Experience with Node.js, .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, or similar backend frameworks and REST API development.
- Experience with OAuth, JWT, SSO, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred experience includes microservices architecture, Azure Services, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and AI-enabled user experiences.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, user-centered design, problem solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
