Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select among available technologies.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and adapt it based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and impacts on hardware, networks, service operations, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or one year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Two years of full-stack development experience across backend codebases such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and frontend technologies including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS or equivalents.
- Experience with web applications and TypeScript.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience with Python, AngularJS, Kotlin, Java, databases, technical design, and cloud.
