Responsibilities
- Build AI Search Agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities.
- Apply reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making to solve complex problems end to end.
- Improve LLM-based query understanding for multi-turn conversations and semantic analysis of queries and documents.
- Optimize RAG and LLM pipelines, including retrieval, ranking, fine-tuning, inference, and structured search-result presentation.
- Translate Agent and LLM research into production and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product upgrades.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Strong command of algorithms and data structures, including retrieval and graph algorithms.
- Basic understanding of LLM fundamentals, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering technical projects.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with LLM or Agent technologies, RAG optimization, RLHF/SFT for LLMs, or Agent framework development.
- Preferred: strong communication and collaboration skills and a record of exploring new technologies and driving technical advancements with teams.
