Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and tailored solution scoping with Account Executives.
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations addressing accounting firm workflow challenges.
- Guide new practice partners through cloud implementation, workflow mapping, and early adoption upskilling.
- Provide technical support during sales cycles to overcome operational roadblocks and objections.
- Translate partner requirements into scalable workflow strategies and identify potential risks.
- Share market insights internally to help shape product features and co-design technical strategies for client growth.
Requirements
- Direct operational experience within an accounting or bookkeeping practice environment.
- Proven success in consultative problem solving, pre-sales, or technical solution design in complex environments.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and present engaging sessions or demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Deep familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms and practice workflow software ecosystems.
- Practical experience or comfort using modern productivity technologies, including AI tools, to build efficient solutions.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and confidence working across internal and external teams.
