Responsibilities

Partner with Channel Account Managers to deliver technical and commercial solution conversations.
Guide partners through cloud, security, continuity, productivity, infrastructure, and operational technology opportunities.
Deliver demonstrations focused on business outcomes and value.
Support proof-of-concept deployments and architecture discussions across customer environments.
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned solution portfolios.
Create technical resources, implementation guides, and educational content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experiences and accelerate adoption.
Troubleshoot deployment challenges and help partners achieve successful outcomes.

Demonstrated technical, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or consulting experience.
Passion for technology, cloud platforms, and continuous learning.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Customer-first mindset and ability to create exceptional experiences.
Confidence navigating unfamiliar environments and solving technical challenges.
Experience collaborating with sales teams and external stakeholders.
One or more relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+.
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Valid right to work in Australia.
