Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to leverage product knowledge for efficiency.
- Interact with product and project management to understand testing objectives.
- Design and create test cases and scripts for business and technical use cases.
- Work closely with developers to design test criteria and develop automated tests.
- Lead the automation strategy and generate scripts for automated testing cycles.
- Perform both manual and automated testing, including performance and end-to-end testing.
- Participate in feature architecture and design to drive quality.
- Create documentation for QA processes.
- Own continuous improvement for existing and new processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in test automation framework development using tools like Selenium or Robot Framework.
- Strong experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with UI and API test automation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable automated testing solutions.
