Base Salary

$280k - $320k/yr

Responsibilities

Build production applications with Claude models within customer systems.
Deliver technical artifacts like MCP servers and agent skills for production workflows.
Provide deployment support for Anthropic products in national security environments.
Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns for product improvement.
Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and AI product development stacks.
Build long-term relationships with customers and identify new AI deployment opportunities.
Travel frequently to customer sites for in-person collaboration.
Champion Anthropic’s mission in the field.

Prior experience with US federal civilian, state, or local agencies is required.
4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role or as a Software Engineer with consulting experience.
Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and deployment at scale.
Strong programming skills in Python and ideally one or more additional languages.
Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations.
High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration.
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems.
Strong communication skills for customer discovery and technical concept conveyance.
Experience with government IT systems or AI deployment patterns is a plus.
