Base Salary
$45k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy documentation and design cloud migration solutions.
- Translate business requirements into high- and low-level technical designs.
- Build and deploy Java microservices using Spring Cloud, PCF, Cloud Foundry, MongoDB, and Netflix OSS.
- Recommend modernization strategies and service improvements for legacy systems.
- Automate code reviews and establish CI/CD pipelines.
- Use JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Confluence to support application modernization.
- Participate in architecture forums and technical decision-making.
- Coordinate technical discussions, customers, offshore teams, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Manage Java projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedule, cost, risks, and documentation.
- Provide weekly status updates and post-implementation support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in full-stack Java enterprise development.
- Strong command of Core Java.
- Expertise with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Proven experience building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Knowledge of PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis.
- Proficiency with Gradle build automation.
- Exposure to RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
