Responsibilities
- Own delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions involving APIs, integrations, workflows, and Service Catalog capabilities.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy technology solutions.
- Lead moderately complex initiatives, projects, technical deliverables, and escalations while guiding less experienced staff.
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches during off-hours, production releases, and Service Catalog validation.
- Use AI-assisted development and analysis tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Validate and integrate AI-assisted outputs responsibly while addressing model limitations, security risks, and operational considerations.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, managers, and onshore and offshore Agile Scrum team members.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination thereof.
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow experience, including Service Catalog and ServiceNow implementation experience.
- At least 3 years of Agile experience in a development environment and API development or other integration framework experience.
- At least 2 years of GenAI or agentic AI development using tools such as NowAssist, Tachyon, and other AI modeling tools.
- Required ServiceNow certifications: Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Experience with web services, integrations, API-focused technology architecture, reporting and metrics, and the project development and testing lifecycle.
- Experience with testing automation tools such as ATF, Playwright, and Octane.
- Knowledge of team collaboration software such as Confluence; additional ServiceNow certifications are desirable.
