Base Salary
$170k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise integration ecosystems using API, Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent, and AI-agent-driven patterns.
- Enable scalable and secure B2B and B2B2C connectivity for internal and external partners.
- Design context-engineering approaches that convert APIs into tools usable by AI agents.
- Deliver self-service integration capabilities for human and AI consumers.
- Modernize complex legacy enterprise platforms using AI-first architectural approaches.
- Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in API governance, MCP, A2A, and agentic design patterns.
- Contribute to enterprise integration and emerging agentic-platform planning and roadmaps.
- Lead and influence initiatives in roles such as Integration Architect, API Lead, Systems Architect, or Agentic Platform Engineer.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in enterprise integration, API platform engineering, or middleware architecture.
- Proven experience delivering B2B or B2B2C integration ecosystems at scale.
- Experience implementing agentic AI or AI platform solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Preferred: seven or more years of experience in enterprise integration, API platform engineering, or middleware architecture.
- Strong foundation in API design, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
- Ability to lead technical teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience transforming complex legacy enterprise platforms into modern AI-first solutions.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent ecosystems.
- Exposure to context-engineering principles and AI-agent frameworks.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud-native integration platforms.
- Financial-services or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
- A university degree is preferred.
