Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the design system for aesthetic cohesion and scalable front-end architecture.
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to align on feature requirements and feasibility.
- Document design patterns and promote consistency across teams.
- Translate Figma designs into accessible and performant interfaces.
- Design and implement UI interactions that enhance usability.
- Refactor existing surfaces to improve usability and unify visual language.
- Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency in a startup environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced code deployment setting.
- Understanding of interaction patterns and usability principles.
- Proficient in Figma and modern developer workflows.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently.
- Willingness to work in-person 4-5 days a week.
