Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features to production daily.
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Develop agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Write, iterate, and scale production-quality software as the product grows.
- Talk with customers and incorporate feedback into product development.
- Work directly with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product direction.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and strong execution.
