Responsibilities
- Join a high-growth team to solve technical and customer problems.
- Partner with the Sales team to communicate Grafana's value proposition.
- Own technical engagement with customers to close high-velocity opportunities.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to customers.
- Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams for feedback.
- Drive product discussions based on customer needs.
- Enhance documentation and create enablement materials.
Requirements
- Located ideally in Greater NYC or Boston Area.
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies.
- Ability to handle varied and complex job duties in a startup environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Passion for solving technical challenges and providing creative solutions.
- Technical mindset with a desire for growth; open to diverse backgrounds.
