Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate testing across complex assignments involving multiple teams, systems, and suppliers.
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and testing practices tailored to client needs.
- Define test automation strategies, associated frameworks and tools, test environments, and test data.
- Plan and oversee integration and end-to-end testing across complex system landscapes.
- Use AI and other new technology to analyze test results and provide continuous-improvement insights.
- Provide inclusive leadership, structure, direction, and engagement while managing strategic and operational testing matters.
- Report on quality, progress, and risks throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in testing and test leadership, including coordination across multiple teams, systems, and suppliers.
- Excellent understanding of test processes, methods, tools, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Experience developing and implementing test strategies and test plans at all levels, especially integration and end-to-end testing.
- Experience defining test automation strategies, frameworks, tools, test environments, and test data.
- Experience with traditional and agile ways of working and DevOps processes.
- Clear and confident communication skills for reporting quality, progress, and risks.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- Relevant education in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Testing certification such as ISTQB Foundation is advantageous.
